Glass jars hold .5oz more, at 3-8 baths vs 2-7 baths for the kraft jars Ingredients: Epsom Salt, Specialty Salt (Pink Himalayan, Dead Sea, and/or Black Dead sea with Activated Charcoal), Dried Flowers or Herbs (Roses, Lemongrass, Peppermint, and/or Eucalyptus), Essential Oils Directions: Add 1-3 heaping tablespoons (depending on preference and size of tub) to hot water and carefully mix slightly before soaking fully for at least 5 minutes.
